pag sinabi sayo na shortlisted ka ay ano ba talaga ibig sabihin nyun?

Ibig sabihin nasa maiksing listahan ka at hindi sa mahabang listahan. Saan ba pumunta ang mga di natanggap sa trabaho, sa maiksing o mahabang listahan?

it means you are among the few being considered. may chance ka na ma-hire pero you are pitted with a few other people... as opposed to all applicants.
