I've worked there in their IT department, the working environment is nice, not very tight, medyo laxed based on my experience, pero dapat magaling ka magmeet ng deadlines. galante naman sila on the salary and benefits. I left because a greener pasture awaits, hehe
try nyo na lang, IT is in alabang, worksite/group accounts division is in makati, the rest (policy services, etc) sa HO sa alabang.

why do many people keep on asking about the starting salary, salary range, etc. Why don't you take risk and apply, then when the job offer comes, that's the time you can negotiate everything that's in the job offer including the basic salary. Just a tip, if you're going to refrain from applying just because you heard the company's starting salary is this and that, then I tell you, you'd probably end up taking a job offer that's way below your expected.

well i know why kasi po minsan exam ka take many tests and interviews po
tapos pag dating sa offer dispointed ka and regreting na sana di ka na nagtry doon hehe
plus siguro may work na yung iba tpos yun sayang pagabsent nila

of course those are the risks you must take when applying for jobs, but the thing is, many posts here in this forums are from people asking, "what's the salary range?". Well, for one, no one employed or was an employee of the company will or can not tell the exact range, it will still depend on the candidate. One ex officemate of mine once said it was unprofessional to ask someone of his current salary. =)
