You can try to go for a graduate degree immediately after you finish your undergrad. That would put you in line for one of the training programs offered by international agancies like the WB or UN. Understand, however, that admissions into these programs are very competitive. And while it isn't required on paper, there is a preference for those who are fluent in a second major language.

That being said, don't let your undergrad major limit your career options. Except for those jobs that require professional licenses or specialized skills, most private sector companies are open to hiring people from a wide variety of backgrounds for entry level positions. Why not decide what is it you love doing first and then build a career around it?

If you want to work for ADB, I would suggest that you do development work, particularly government projects and get at least 2 years experience. Also I suggest you get your Master's degree since a lot of the people working in ADB have at least a Master's degree.

Pity I can't work there because my dad's there. But then again I'm in an International Organization as well. :)

I worked for USAID. I am now out of the country doing my internship. There are a lot of opportunities for International Studies graduates, don't worry.

I agree with Ice Burn, try to get into government projects or work for NGOs with foreign funding. :)
