Doc, I have difficulties breathing through my nose. Because of that, I'm always finding myself breathing through my mouth which is not a good thing.

Kahit po sa pagtulog, ganun. I'm having a hard time "breathing fully" through my nose. Ano kaya to Doc?
.
Thanks

Do you have a cold? Do you have sinusitis? Is it hard for you to keep your lips together (meaning you have to exert effort in order to keep them closed)?

You may want to physically go to an Ear Nose and Throat Doctor and have your nose checked.

It's best to see an ENT to get to the bottom of things. It could be due to colds, chronic allergic rhinitis, polyps etc., anything that clogs your passages. Better have it checked so you'll know what exactly causes your problem.
