How to register online business here in Pinas???

hello everybody,

I wonder if any of you got an idea where I can register my online business here in Philippines.

I am living here in Lipa and wanted to focus on my own internet business.

My nature of planned business is an E-currency exchanger (first in Philippines). I prepared for this plan for almost 2 years including building of capital. I am planning to accept credit cards online (VISA, MC, Discover, American Express) but I don't know how to register my business here.

If you have any idea, please let me know.

i think it's the same process of registering a "brick and mortar" business. punta ka sa dti if sole or sa sec if partnership or corp.
