I think a big one is better. As a matter of fact, most men want a big one for themselves, however, they have to make do with whatever they have.

Don't dwell too much on your size but on your technique. In terms of technique, there are positions bigger men can't (or not advised to) do, and vise versa. Learn these, rather than obsess yourself with getting your tool bigger. Pumps don't work, surgery can have massive side effects.
About lasting longer naman, exercise your PC muscles. These are the same muscles women are advised to exercise after giving birth. Try peeing in the morning, then stop in "midstream".
