Good afternoon to all! i need a job badly soon coz financial obligations are piling up. what call center expeditiously hires employees? and what are he requirements and qualifications? i need all the help i can get to have a job soon. there are lots of call centers and i want to know which hires fast so i wont make a wrong decision of applying in one which would make me wait for months before getting hired.

i need advice too on the exams, interviews and training... is there an allowance for trainees?

in interviews, usually they will check on your english speaking ability and quality. Bsta jst keep your cool, like you know your english, speak slowly but think fast. Dont try too hard exaggarate the american accent, thats one of the HR comments, so just take it easy, personally i prefer to be neutral and just be yourself. Good luck!

for call centers/bpo in Makati,Ortigas,QC,Libis,Mandaluyong and Alabang Support Sites.

What we URGENTLY Need :

*500 Technical Support Representatives for our Makati Site
- min. requirment is that you have at least 6 months of call center
experience PREFERABLY in a Technical Account
or those having sufficient Technical background.

* 1000 Customer Service Representatives (Inbound/Outbound) for our
Makati, Ortigas,Mandaluyong and Alabang sites - min. requirment is
that you have at least 6 months of call center experience.

* Multilingual Representatives (Spanish/Japanes/Korean)

* Operations Managers, Shift Supervisors, Team Leaders, QA's,WorkForce Analyst for
Operations - min. of 1 year of exp. in the same capacity


*** Newly graduates and undergraduates of any course with exceptional communication skills are
