im posting this to warn you guys, in case for future transaction with karl.

he sold me a 8210 which turned out to be a recon 8290....so walang signal sa sun sim, mhina ang globe sim

sana kung naging honest sya hindi ako magpopost ng ganito. and if ever he replied to my sms at pm hindi ko sya idedescribe ng ganito.

karl is about 140-150lbs, nakakalbo sa harap ng ulo, medyo may dark spots sa face dahil sa pimples, medyo bading kumilos. and he said he works and lives at makati. he works in a telecenter.

so in case you meet up with this person..,,,,think twice.....manloloko itong taong ito.

actually, no offense ha. thats your fault kasi you didnt test the product.. and syempre, like in any other transactions, pag na meet in person, like in what the recpt says: "goods recieved in good, proper condition"

Complete yung transaction eh. you cant really oblige him to answer your calls.. there could be lots of reasons why he didnt answer your call. Im on no one's side, just tryna be fair to the accused, and to the acuser. after all, a person is innocent til proven guilty. ingat! ;)

Sakin beware of Karl C. Smith aka. Felix, Pilay, Bendoy...

Napapaint ako ng oto then after 6months of unsatisfactory or work and ready for pickup grabe parang pinagpraktisan oto ko... Nagpost narin ako ibang car clubs regarding my bad experiece sa shop nila (Southshine)...

Already filed the case to baranggay but they didn't show up. There had been three summons for mediation and no appearance came from them. So I forwarded the case to DTI but then again, they neglected all of the three mediation schedule. Until a subpoena was released complying them to provide an answer to my complaint. The answer of course contained some false information like I am a violent person daw that's why they don't want to come near me, and that the refund is absurd daw because the scope of work were legitimately and properly done daw and I'm just extracting money from them! They also said that their paint services is not open to the public daw and operating just for fun and barkada's hobbies lang daw where in fact they have advertised it on the web thru a multiply account and car forums. Right now, they edited the multiply account deleting the car painting from their job services and sticking to carwash and auto detailing only. They even told DTI that the two were no longer connected with each other, leaving all the ownership of the shop to the wife therefore clearing them from the backjob paint service done by the shop, and still claiming that they did a good job. These were just a few things they said in their reply, there are a lot more that I might not allowed to tell to the public since it's passed already to DTI. So let's just see na lang if justice will really prevail this time.

Dahil ang Karl Noblezala na binabanggit niyo dito ay naging trainer namin nung trainee pa ako sa Convergys Makati last March 2008.

Nabanggit niya nga na nagtrabaho siya sa People Support bago siya lumipat sa Convergys dahil daw sa isang motorcycle accident...

Pero iba kasi ang pagkakakilala namin sa kanya...
he's very nice and very accommodating.

Tsk tsk... kung siya nga talaga yun, sana di na niya gagawin uli yun, sayang kasi... magaling pa naman siyang magturo.

Di ko lang alam kung dun pa rin siya nagwowork kasi nagresign din ako dun last year.
