Hello everyone. I just got a job as a trainer for trainers. Reasonable ba yung 30T per month? Saang call center ba ang pinakamataas magsuweldo sa trainers? Tulong naman o.

Oo naman reasonable na po yang 30T sa iba nga mas maliit pa diyan...
Question lang pow.. is this your first time to become a trainer? Kung oo ay anak ka na ng diyos dahil nga po ay malaki na yang offer na yan...
Question po ulit.. saang call center po kyo and anong account?

I think that's good enough. There's this call center I know that offered 25K last year but sent their trainers to US for training. I've been hearing also of 40K but I guess they offer it to the tenured trainers already.

Mas malaki pa nga yun sa sweldo ko and to think I'm a tenured trainer! Hehehe... ok na yang offer mo. What call center is that, if you don't mind me asking.
OHNO!

kung starting ka lang at ala pa experience, ok na yan, kung meron ka naman experience and in you're previous job ganyan halos *** amount na nakukuha mo. . . . you can still demand a higher pay. ;)

I'd like to be a trainer, too. I have 2+ years working as a CS and TS agent. Do you guys think I have a chance?

that is small considering you're training those trainers who as what we know has a salary range just about like what your receiving currently. Adding to the fact that you would not be trainor of trainers if your just a newbie...
Please correct me on my last statement because nowadays callcenters seems to have lowered their standards im hiring ppl.

that's because of the ultra-high demand, right? they've expanded from hiring only grads from UP/DLSU/ATENEO/UA&P/UST.

mysticrain,
does the 40k apply to former CSAs at another call center with 6 months experience and yet have no trainer experience? i am interested in becoming a trainer. i am willing to accept 30k or even just 26k. let me clarify BTW that i'm interested in basic training skills (vocabulary, intonation, american culture and geography) and not technical, client-specific skills trainership. i hope you can help me with this as my desire to be a trainer hasn't ebbed despite almost a year away from call center work.
anyone here who can help me get an entry-level trainer position in Libis?please give me some details. you can reach me at my cell# 0927 825 3457. (i guess this shows how DARN SERIOUS i am about this!) :)

hey brandon96,
im currently training manager and to be honest, it would be best if you get yourself promoted internally because that will give you more credibility. The reason i say this is that logically, from a costing standpoint, it's more cost-effective to hire someone who had prior experience in the field...
just a thought,
B

BlueBottler,
But do you know of any trainers who did not start out as CSAs in the call center in which they were hired as trainers, but instead were directly hired as trainers? And who had no prior experience as trainers too? :)
Anyone here from Etelecare CC3 Trainers Division/Dep't. care to help me? I'd like to return to Libis kasi eh. I wouldn't mind a Makati job again though provided the PRICE is right (at least 30k).

Will someone please answer my query about working as a basic skills trainer without any trainer experience? I mean, is it possible to get a trainer position? I used to work as a CSA for 6 months in 2003-2004. I would really like to get a Trainer position in Libis (pwede na rin sa Ortigas or Makati).

It's almost next to impossible to be a trainer to be hired externally without prior experience. Short of actually doctoring your resume, in which case i don't recommend that, there's just little chance of being an agent at one site and get hired as a trainer at another. try mo parin, i can't say for sure though. i used to be in the same situation as yours. what i did--worked hard to get promoted internally and then i flew! :-)

With only a month's worth of work experience i was hired as a training specialist. It's been six month and now im getting promoted to a training supervisor. It's only next to impossible =) I did not doctor my resume in btw!

BlueBottler, what's the company that you're working? :)

So it's easier to get hired from within if I have no previous training experience. If I want to be hired from the outside, I have to have trainer experience elsewhere, correct?
But are there specific success stories of trainers who were hired externally and had no trainer experience but were hired because of their skills (English languge proficiency, very good accent approximation, ability to speak publicly, etc.)?

Its is a LOT easier to get hired as a trainer if you have the experience already.
Maybe if you had a lot of experience in broadcasting, public speaking or teaching you could get in as a trainer.
