Pag static lang, contents and walang forms, maybe you can charge 500 per page. Some people charge a thousand per page or more. Pero if purely content and first project mo, pwede na siguro yung 500/page. Or para safe, ask them how much their budget is. Baka malaki pala budget nila diba?

Is there really a large market with regards to Web Devt/Design especially here in the phil?

hhhmmm... I miss this part.. posting a message here in PeX. hehehe

Hi floreno and martinjg.

For the web dev't rate.. that depends on your skills. If you are already an experienced Web developer, then you can charge 500++ per page or as a website package as much as 100K! If you are just starting to do web design/dev't, probably you can charge your client 10K for static pages minimum of 15 pages, etc.

You will know about the rates when you experienced to deal with a lot of clients and their requirements and comparing your rate vs to other Web Dev't companies. You will understand how to sell your skills and then sooner, you will be able to charge a project based on these factors.

Hope this helps.. gulo ba? :D

For fixed cost, try mo 1k per page, static or not, kung small company lang, tatawad pa naman yun kung hindi kaya ng budget nila. Also consider yung development expenses - machines, electricity, software licenses etc.

For time and material, create a schedule and set estimates, then set an hourly rate.

sigh, underrated talaga IT salaries dito sa pinas.

sa market ngayon ang normal rate is 10-15k for 5 pages. that included conceptualization, images, layout and design, blah blah, plus your professional fee and electricity consumptions and materials. then 500 per extra pages. it's ok to go for 10 or less if madali *** yung papagawa. depends really on the project
