heard it's a good company. filipino-owned. good training, etc. i'm not sure about the pay for trainees but for the developers, it's competitive.

may bond sila for 2 yrs. for ppl into dev, its like enrolling yourself into a good software engineering school for 2 yrs kasi maganda training and ppl who will mentor you knows their stuff, in theory and practice. how much yung bond? i-imagine mo na lang na hindi ka talaga makakaalis within that 2 years *grins*.

i remembered that 4 or 5 yrs ago, they hired a lot of top grads from the top universities, some of them are my friends. the company promised to send them to the US within 1 yr. up until now, some of these guys have not left yet.

can anyone confirm if their CTO resigned 2 yrs ago?

i think their business is very dependent on the US, and after the dot-com bust in 2000, their business is not doing well.

500k ang 3 yr bond para sa fresh grads at 2 yrs naman para sa experienced hire.

Para sa freshgrads, meron training na mga 3 months daw. sa new hire, wala (so far)
