i suggest you get something that will last/ you can enjoy the longest. if you can shop for anything you want...take the shopping.

you can watch tv, see a museum, be entertained/relaxed for a short while but then it will be over and just a memory...

i think you can get a lot of useful stuff in shopping. now if it is just clothes...and the budget isnt that big then you might want to get the gym equipment, then you can make money out of it or something... :)

but dont listen to me...what will make you the happiest the longest is always the best choice in choosing material things..

...then you can do side-tripping to Seaworld (in SD), and another personal side-tripping (and a few hours driving) to Disneyland. After all these, you stay in LA until your VISA is past due, find a job "under the table" and earn money. Go home after you think you had enough savings to put up a business here in the Philippines. :cool:

Why, because there are new things to see, and not seen by those who visited in the last two years. The pictures and souvenirs you will bring home with you. you will treasure for a long time. Good if you have more than one day to visit Universal Studios, to see all the sights and entertainment venues. And watch for the girl who says "Super!"

Unless there are thousands of dollars involved, shopping in HongKong, New York or Spain wouldn't be a very fulfilling one, might end up with products made in China, Taiwan or India, even Israel.

Gym equipment, it will end up as a clothes rack later on.
