yeah i came from West..... I was a top seller for 2 or 3 months but i am tired coz the commissions were delayed , unlike when i as with another callcenter, they gave the com! When i resigned, HR told me if I can hold on kc raw "asset " raw ako heheheee... but the ppl frm the management are so dumb and deaf to see and hear and make necessary actions on the sad plight of the agents..... so i decided to leave.... for good... mataas pa naman ang grade ko for my regularization.... right now i am very happy with my new home.. no dicrepancy on hte pay , benefits are ok.... they follow the LABOR CODE,,, actually we are going to receive our midyear bonus.....

How can you think of an effective long-term solution if you are being hounded by this way of measurement? At the same time you are forced to sell BABM. It is a perfect example of contradicting interest. Woah!!! Don’t snarl at me with your “everything should be put into balance”… It doesn’t apply here. Its just a classic example of trade off. You can’t ask for both of them at the same time. If you try to cover both grounds… its foundation would definitely be weak. When both walls crashes down, who do you simpleton point your fingers to blame?… the agents. Blame it on the poor small voices who work their *** hard for you big guys to keep your leisurely life.

CSAT… another mask to fake things up. “Sir/Madam please fill up the survey form so that we could keep our jobs because WEST wants to keep Elnk as their major accnt”… BULL!!!!! By sharing a piece of my mind stinging the bosses... I shall earn my peace. guys, west is going down.. sa mga pinagagawa at pinagiimplement nila ngayon sa earthlink account... yang mga bottom 30% and bottom 10%... ang daming ngayong nag reresign at magreresign because of that one... kasi biigyan ka nila ng or something to pin4 (termination) if ever consistent ka nasa bottom 10%.. kung mababa ka sa isa man lang sa aht, csat, and babm.. and napabilang ka sa bottom 10%.
loko loko palang west na yan eh, sa babm.. diba we are required to upsell for all closed resolved calls.. eh paano kung ayaw ng customers bumuli anong magagawa mo diyan?.. diba so parang the agent with a good statistics (sa aht, csat, Qa) and mabibigyan ka ng pin ebcause of babm .. iba na yan.. they can check naman with the QA PAS kung naguupsell ka ba or hindi diba? so anong pinalalabas nila... kaya nagiisip na ako magresign because of that, mas nawala na ako ng gana sa west (kahit naman noon pa, nawala na ako ng gana)

sobra na sila.. tapos ngayon hinold nila ang pagtransfer sa esca (siguo may nagresign kasi na 4 na esca) eh ngayon pihado tataas at dadami ang mapapasama sa aht bottom 30 and bottom 10% ..

actually sa clearance sina mhedz and manny ang naghahandle niyan.. wala talagang hawak ang sup.. pero ur sup can make a followup

tip: wag na wag niyong ipapahandle kay manny yan kasi nangyari sa akin na delay ang 13th month ko ng 2-3 pay outs... sobra .. kasi si manny ang naghandle.. ibinigay ko yung aking clearance sa kanya then sabi niya okay tapos after 1 pay out sabi ni mhedz i need to sign raw a WAIVER na after usigned that, wala ka ng habol sa west (parang ganun).. kaasar kung sinabi ni manny na may waiver na kailangan i sign dapat nasign ko na dati para pumasok sa pay out.. ok pinirmahan ko na ang waiver... papasok na raw sa next pay out.. come that payout, wala parin... i called west.. pinass ako kay mhedz, inask ko kung bakit di pumasok.. pinasa na naman ako kay Manny, tapos sabi ni manny i need to talk to payroll karen... give up na ako .. pinakausap ko sa tl ko... chinek yung flow ng inconsistencies... sabi ni karen late pinass ni manny ang waiver or something... kaya na delay raw ang aking 13th month pay.. pero pasok na pasok raw sa next payout kasi nasa database na raw...

kaya kapikon at kaasar si manny.. kaya moral lesson to all of you: pls WAG NA WAG niyo ipaasikaso ang 13thmonth requirements (clearances and waiver) kay manny.. sabihin niyo blatantly na ayaw niyo sa kanya kasi napaka INEFFICIENT niya sa pag asikaso ng 13thmonth... bahala kayo.. di ko siya sinisiraan.. totoo yang sinasabi ko...
