Since I don't know what company you're talking about, any answer I could give would just be BS.

well it would really help if you research abt the company, perhaps go to their website or ask people working there...

Microsoft is famous for giving really tough questions during interviews -- both technical and non-technical -- so if you can't figure out an answer to a simple question like "What do you like best about Microsoft?", I doubt you'll have much of a chance getting in. But good luck anyway.
On a lighter note, here are some pages with questions from actual Microsoft interviews:

I use similiar questions during my own technical interviews.

What I like best about your company is how it's always a step ahead of the competition.
What I like best about your company is how it sets the standard for the competition to follow.
What I like best about your company is the comradare amongst its employees.
Kung hindi ka sanay mabilis mambola, you won't do well in interviews. It's not the answers they are interested in, it's how you react. They want to see how you react under pressure, how you can think of an answer/solution in a jiff, and test your wit. Mga iba kasi natulala at natatanga kung natamaan ng isang unexpected na question. Paano na kung may project ka na 24 hours lang ang deadline?

It basically tests whether you did your research on the company prior to your interview. You should have reasons why you would want to be a part of this company and not just applying for the sake of applying.

pls give me advise about my situation.
i sent my resume to this foreign company; then they replied that they just concluded their hiring. Email nlng nila ako pag may opening ulit. That was 2 months ago. Now, they sent an email saying that there's an opening and i should come for an exam. Due to personal reasons (assume that it wasn't my intention), i replied saying i couldn't be there kung pwede mga 2 months after nlng. fortunately, the person-in-charge said okay lang daw. tell me lang what time daw ako available. is it okay if i ask tuloy-tuloy ba yung application process, from exam to interview to final offer?
now, lapit na ang interview and i don't know how to convey that i really want to work in their company and yung nangyari dati was really not my intention. if wala lang yung personal reason, i would have been there.
