It really depends on the company that you work for.

For my company, i got a lower salary since i moved to HR Recruitment. The rate is basically the same one i've been getting when i was an agent (minus night differential and food allowance).

As for perks, well.. you don't take calls anymore :D

Plus depending on your company, you can have a flexible schedule. Your sched of course will also depend on what you're going to be doing for recruitment.

During job fairs, we get almost a thousand pesos for Food and transportation allowance per day :D This will also depend on your company though, (i know of a large, prominent company that doesn't give any allowance at all to it's HR during special events like these).

I do suggest that you transfer to HR, Like my HR supervisor said, Even if you're a TL or a supervisor at a call center, you can't bring those credentials to non-call center companies, but you can bring your HR credentials anywhere. Don't think about the perks and the compensation, think about career growth first :D

Hope this helps

go cigawette!!!

heed ciga's advice...a friend (guess who ciga!) and i are thinking of moving to the hrd of whichever company coz if psych's ur course, you're somehow trained to be in the hr...and honestly, there's not much of a career and INDIVIDUAL growth and development as an agent...i'm an agent ***** ha but i can only speak for myself and a few others i've talked to...

I agree with the advice of cigawette. If you were to choose between hr recruitment and training, I guess it's best to move to hr. There are more career opportunities for you as an hr practitioner outside of call centers than as a trainer.
