IT jobs for non IT grads

Meron bang company (liban sa Accenture) that accepts non IT grads for IT position, tipong sila na mag pro-provide ng training and such?

yes meron.

you can try pag nag labas ng IT opening ang Equitable PCI Bank/Equitable Data Center. kasi meron silang IT Study program, 2 months training on bank systems pero may 2 yr or 3 yr contract ka with them.

a couple of years back, they took Food Tech grads from UP (mga 2-3 ata). and ang pagkaka alam ko, after their contract ended, they moved to a better job sa abroad. *** isa nasa china ngayon working for citibank i think.

local banks are notorious for offering only low-paying jobs (sorry dad! he's an equ-pci- banker kasi). they usually hire non- ateneo/up/dlsu grads for entry level positions and pay them at a low rate. low as in 8k to 10k yan ha.

then they hire ex-citibankers, or other banks' top people for officer roles. but the perks are very high for the top top people in a bank because you get a hefty sum of money plus there are lots of benefits.
