i used to work for seattle, VERY high compensation compared to other centers (altho, its not technically a "call center"). its inbound sales, you have commish, very nice people to work with and the atmosphere of the workplace is super relaxed. i highly reccommend iy, but as far as i know, stop hiring sila for now until late jan (i think...) that was the plan when i was still there kase...

from what i know internal center ito or something. before nag-apply here yung ex ko. pero start-up pa lang, inbound sales dati for ifloor.com, di siya nakuha kse 7 agents lang kelangan for batch1.

dati they were offering 19.5K basic plus commissions. balita ko rin hindi sila quota oriented.

hey! well, they only have 1 account. i really dont feel comfy broadcasting stuff about the comany kase things like that are supposed to be semi-confidential diba... but take my word for it, they pay really well, if they would consider themselves a call center, then i would say they pay the highest (as far as i know-i've worked for globalstride and west). they have a really relaxed atmosphere. when i was in seattle, there were a couple of people i knew there who were still in school, since its inbound, you actually have time to study a bit. there's hardly any pressure. the people are nice and the company is okay.
i strongly suggest you give it a try. BUT they are very hmmm... choosy about who they hire. they really are. i have seen a couple of applicants and they spoke extremely good english, they had call center experiece, but they didnt make it past the 1st interview. i was told that HR there looks more at the attitude and if you are a dedicated and determined person.
