I'm also for interview sa west, but part-time lang ang ina-apply-an ko. How does part-time empl screening go?

Be yourself, kalmado lang sa mga tanong na ibabato sa inyo. And state your intention of working in West for the long haul. Pag nalaman nila na mga 6 months or so lang ang timeframe mo sa kanila, di kayo tatanggapin.

To be honest, madali ang interview process dito. Kung qualified kayo sa position, I doubt na babagsak kayo.

ALTHOUGH, di ko alam yung screening for the part time thing. Iba kasi account ko doon eh.

yung zapote na jeep hindi siya dadaan sa tapat mismo ng export plaza, pero yung washington na jeep OO. kahit yung mga bus na LRT/Leveriza dumadaan din sila sa may export...

Natatandaan ko during my interview, tinanong ako na tell something about myself. So kuwento naman ang lola mo to the max! Dagdag ko pa sa kanina.. "madaldal po ako". Ayun.. natuwa sa akin yung interviewer, nakuha ko agad ang loob nya. Tanggap ako agad. Ganon kadali ang makapasok dito sa West (ang tanong kung tatagal ka. HAHAHA!)

Last question nya sa akin..

^ Yes. Hindi, taglish sya. kasi hindi naman ganong formal yung interviewer. para lang kaming nagtsitsikahan. although may questions din na serious sya so serious din ako.

compensation? shempre naman wala ka nang pakialam dun!

sobrang bagal ng application process sa West... nkapasa ko sa exam March 9, 2005 tapos 1st interview April 7 pa... ***** pag natanggap ako dito mag start September

once you get hired, ideally you are given a sheet of paper to choose from the list of skeds there BUT if you're the last person hired, sorry ka na lang. that goes for full time , i'm not sure how it goes for part-time.

to simflash10: the basic is 14K for people w/o call center experience / 13 MONTHS... be very particular with that. it's lower than you think it is. the best part about it? once you hit the operations floor, they'd tell you na the rate is HOURLY, not MONTHLY. You cannot contest it because YOU are not given any formal contract. WALA kang laban. pero kung desperado ka...

go ahead. you'll need all the FORCE to STAY in west tho'.

Hmmmm Ako may tip ... Before applying in West Contact, it a must that somehow you are reading pinoyexchange-West concerns to prepare for the battle para walang sisihan.... Know the culture, the ppl, the compensation.... you dont just apply.... Eto sa mga peeps::::Kaya mo ba ito?
1. Makaka encounter kang power tripper na TL, kaya mo?
2. Mataas ang offer sa u, pero pag receive moh ng pay, malayo sa offer... meaning may payroll discrepancy, kaya mo ba?
3.Kahit regular na, natatangal pa, kaya mo ba?
4. Ang mga QA tripper din, may kanya kanyang pagsscore!Dun lang ako nakakita na hindi random ang pag gr grade o pag mo monitor sa isang agent tpos kung mamalasin, pwede ka pang matanggal ( as per recommendation nila ) kahit regular kah, Kaya mo ba?
5. Yes, kahit regular na, pwede pang matanggal , kaya mo ba?
After answering all 5 questions, think.. think... think... tpos yang punta ka na sa 28TH FLOOR.. mag exam ka na.....

Tapos yung mga nakapasa na at nag training na, gusto nyo ng tip or leakage sa exam sa Earthlink... meron akong sagot,,,,, just pm me....il give u the answerS... hehhe i got a high score ... ( yabang noh...)both West exam and Earthlink exam.......
