The best thing about our booth aside from the design is that we got it for a very CHEAP and COST EFFECTIVE price compared to the other call center booths that you see... :naughty:

Dakshman, i'm a recruiter of APAC (Alabang). prior to that, i was an HR personnel in another call center in ortigas. i'm part of another egroup but i don't think i'm allowed to disclose the name (most of the members there are part of ccap and are in the executive positions already). i actually joined as an independent member thinking it was just another egroup. the moderator made a research on me and even asked my boss (who's a member) if i should be allowed to join, hahaha!

btw, is it ok to get contact info of your booth supplier? you can just pm it if it's ok.

Yeah, it really depends on the school you visit.. pero gusto ng management na pumunta kami eh, so we have no choice. Hassle lang talaga some schools, if they find out it's a call center, biglang "no thanks" na :D

Yup, we got a lot of resumes from UST. Mukhang ok naman sila ang magwork sa call center. I guess it depends on how you present the call center industry/work or your company to the students. :)

Just checked a recruiting site btw, He also sent his resume there. Get this, He's supposedly a Team Leader now

Nah, he didn't even become a CSR in that center. He was terminated for harassing his female co-trainee on his first few days there. 'heard that it was quite a dramatic exit (he was escorted outside the bldg by the trainers). he also supposedly harassed the hr personnel he talked with in attempts of getting a backpay. the nerve!

he's been a stalking applicant since then. i'm not surprised to see him in another mall job fair. beware!

yes definitely... experience is a must when applying externally. :) working with a previous call center is a plus. You could try at the others coz ambergris is accepting internals as of the moment. :)

Two years ago, i started with a call center as RA then i got bored and so I applied for agent post. The money is always at the production floor. Recruitment is not an income generating team so hindi ganun ka generous kagaya ng nasa floor. A little higher on the basic but hanggang ganun na lang

we signed up in the Mega Job Fair. We had a feeling he was deaf and mute and yeah it was confirmed when he got here at the office. He handed a note to one of the recruiters saying about his intentions and we gave him a regret letter. He did not understand because he stayed there for 30minutes. We had to look for someone who can do sign language.

Here's the funny part. I told the translator to tell him that we would give him a call as soon as we have an opening for him. Right! CALL!!!! that was one bad word. We had to rephrase that to "we will get in touch with him"
