for globe, you're suppose to fill out a form and pay mga 1500 for the sim and the initial load.

for smart, you need to get a hold of the authorized dealers same for sun

its easy to apply sa globe but the drawback is kung san business center ka nag apply dun ka lang pwede mag pa load.. with smart naman, if you want to be a DEALER, you have to attend a seminar and pay a bond of 400,000 na ata ngayon...

if you want you can be a sub dealer or a retailer na lang.. retailers are the ones loading to subscribers... yung sub dealer naman ang nag lo load sa retailers... anyways, im a dealer so if you're interested email me at jperlas@rocketmail.com
