Im a call center agent and my salary is 16k? Meron bang call center n ang starting e 17-18?

16k, kasama na kasi appraisal jan. Every year ang appraisal. almost 2 years n ko dito, vocativ systems, ang starting nila 12k. 15k pag naregular k. Na-try ko na sa rmh, ang DAMING exams and interview tapos nung sa job offer 15k lang, level 2 n tsr n un kaya d ko tinanggap. Sa EPerformax malaki yata *** IP relay MCI, mahirap b un?

@humanclay, mern akong friend sa intercontinental, makati *** call center nila 16k yung starting. i'll ask my friend kung kasama na yung mga allowances (transpo, food, etc.) and yung name ng co.
