Hmmmm yeah, but college is unforgettable too. They're different, so I don't think they can be compared. :) For me, both my high school and college memories are very special. :)

I think High school is very memorable because you see all your friends everyday (for 4 yrs) . In college kasi nagkakahiwalay na kayo sa close friends mo. Sa high school tin nagstastart ang ligawan at gimiks. In general mas close ka sa mga classmates mo sa high school compared sa college. Diba mas gusto mong pumunta sa HS reunion kaysa college reunion??

I agree with Jack kase nung high school ako, lahat ng gimik masaya when u are with your barkadas kase sila na ang barkada mo since first year kayo, but nakakalungkot din nung graduation na namin kase yung bonding namin to each other is parang nawala na because some of us went to Manila to continue our study in college.(I graduated from Batangas).
Up to now, minsan na lang kami magkaroon ng communication (thru letters). We missed each other a lot. Sa college kase, iba-iba ang nakakasalamuha mo and as I observed parang iba na ang pananaw mo sa buhay. parang you're become mature and responsible to all the things na gagawin mo, am I right? :) :)

High school was memorable because I was around people who were similar to me. College was memorable, too, because I was around people who were different from me--and yet I learned to like them.

High school was fun because I got to see the same people everyday. I didn't have to worry about getting along with new class mates for every subject. I'm an irregular student kasi now and it's really difficult especially when you get to be with *****y classmates. Just like what jack said, lots of things start when you're in high school. But college is fun too. There's more freedom. You really have this big space to grow up. You begin to view things from different perspectives and your exposure to new things is greater. Both are unforgettable because they're part of me. Both have contributed to what I have become now.

i think high school is like our rites of passage to adulthood. everything awkward happened in high school. first date, first relationship, first kiss. tapos syempre during high school we learn how to handle a lot of curricular responsibilities. di na pwede pabanjing banjing.
they say ur friends in high school are ur friends for life. i think it's true. i think it's because u were able to experience change at almost the same time that it's like a bonding thing.

i agree that college life is unforgetable too but then in college what is unforgetable ain't in school. maybe it's what people do after school. o kaya sa weekend. pero when you're in college and you're in class studying literature with an old lady with week-old make-up on her face, is that memorable. not so compared to high school di ba?
