Describe the teacher you hate(d) the most

Before I get accused by educators for being subversive and bitter, let me clarify the topic: List down the qualities/behavior of teachers which really made you hate going to school.

You see, the teacher factor is the biggest external influence in imparting to students a genuine 'love for learning'. If we know what characteristics 'bad teachers' possess, educators can avoid those characteristics, right?

- a teacher who does not know how to be at the same level with the students... it doesn't matter if he/she is smart or not, the important thing is that he/she can relate to the students...
- a teacher who goes by the book all the way
- a teacher who does not have a passion for teaching
- a teacher who practices favoritism, grades-wise
- a teacher who cannot admit that he/she does not know the answer to a certain question
- a teacher who cannot control his/her students

i had this genpsych teacher who went to class just to flirt with the guys...and she likes ppl making sipsip to her...de na no! binagsak ko nalang yung course na yun! kesa sisipsip ako....

My worst teacher was the one in high school! Grrr...

I hated her guts! I even wished she'd get married just to be nicer!

It was Math, of course. Trigonometry and Calculus, to be exact.

I still don't like her.

And she still doesn't have a husband.

ARAGORN: had a thought of a teacher i particularly found pathetic in college...don't know kung naging teacher mo rin. she was the history teacher who talked about Rizal like this: "Class, you know? Jose Rizal? he was really great! YOu know how great? VERY VERY GREAT!!!!"

she was really nice though....at the end of the sem, you can make up for all your cuts, get a point higher in class standing IF you just make up for all your absences by attending her other classes as often as you cut before the sem ends. it didn't matter that you heard the same lecture five times in a single day just to make up for the lost cuts. hehehe

Wangie: Si "Antonia's Line" ba yan? Kasi I didn't have her for that History subject, but I heard na pag nagkwento daw siya about Rizal eh parang asawa niya ito.

1. always talks in a monologue
2. sticks to the book to much
3. makes no effort to remember his/her students' names
4. does not keep himself/herself up-to-date
5. cannot accept corrections in his/her work

Yeah, I've heard about Antonia Santos, she'd dig up Rizal's grave just to hug him if she could!

Anyway, the teachers I thoroughly hate got FIRED!!! There'e JUSTICE in this world!!! I'm naming them so whoever gets them in some other school ought to know their reputation!

1.) Mr. Aligaen - taught history a.k.a estafador--he charged us money for a fieldtrip na hinde natuloy. Tapos di binalik yung pera. Yung iba naman na nakakuha ng refund tumalbog yung check! Tapos nag-mamagic ng grades

2.) Mr. Padilla - taught Statistics, bading, nag-papasa lang ng mga lalaki at mga sipsip na babae. Hinde nag-tuturo, would rather talk about his trip to Wisconsin. Would you believe he told a male classmate of mine this..."(classmate's name), one of my favorite students, even if you are not smart, I'll do anything so you'll pass". Grabe we all complained about him so he got fired!!!

Heheheh! They are gone! They deserved their faith...These lousy pathetic teachers!

My two most hated teachers both came in Highschool, one in Chemistry, one in Physics. But I hated my Chemistry teacher just because he was so sensitive to noise. But he was a very great Chem teacher, a very great person outside of class, and a true professional and I learned something from him although my grades are only from the range of 75-76.

But my Physics teacher, aaaargh. Hindi na nagtuturo, masyado pang garapal. I can't seem to understand her. Actually, our section can't either. Grabe sya. Monster! Rarrrr! She comes into class only bringing chalks and really nothing. And she would often get angry at us. We were her most hated section back then.

Ito *** Science I teacher ko nung HS ako. Nakakatakot ng todo. Pag-klase na as in walang ingay- lahat attentive at handang sumagot dahil kung hindi---> "KAMOTE!!!" sigaw nya sayo. lol.

Tanda ko ng di nagawa ng kaklase ko *** assignment nya, tinapon ng guro namin *** notbuk nya sa basura. simula noon lagi na akong may homework.

Nang isang araw nabwiset siya kasi maingay kami ng unti. ungan salita na lumabas sa bibig niya: "BULLSH*T". lol.

- there's teacher back in college prof ko in one of my minor subjects na nanlalait ng mga estudyante. . .me mga tao shang minumura at nilalait sa harap ng klase. . .if i remember right bading *** prof na un. . .alang pinapatawad un guy man o girl. . .naawa nga ako sa mga girls na pinaiyak ng mokong na un e

- prof na so uber "im so perfect" attitude na pag nag point ka ng mistake nya e magagalit pa seo at pagiinitan ka (say tadtarin ka ng mahihirap na tanong hangang d ka makasagot tapos un na babarahin at papahiyain ka na)

- i also had this teacher in college na uber yabang (yet another minor). . .#1 daw sha e. . .so he usually goes. . ."calculus?! e andalidali lang nyan e uno ako sa subject na yan nung nagaaral ako". . ."physics?andadali lang nyan d nyo pa nakuha. . ."

If there is anybody I dislike most, it is the Chairman of the Department of Medicine at the Univesity Hospital. His is pompous and gets a kick out of making us medical students, interns and residents feel inadequate. Constructive criticsim is never a part of his vocabulary. During our morning report when we present admissions the previous night he nitpicks on insignificant things. He always finds a way of belittling us by asking irrelevant minute details about biochemical reactions in the liver (he is a hepatologist) even if the patients presented are not liver cases and are outside of his expertise. One morning, he came in late and upset... somebody threw 3 big rotten pumpkins that burst in his front lawn. One of the students turned his back from him and with barely audible voice enunciated clearly to the group "Nobody messes up with students of Sicilian heritage and get away with it" with a sly Cheshire smile. We all broke into laughter. None of us did it.
