QInteraction's located inside the BPI Buendia Center. 8th Floor if I'm not mistaken. They handle local accounts...yung mga delivery service ng local restaurants.

Not only do they handle local accounts. They also have international clients as well.

mukhang wala ng pumapansin sa usaping qinteraction.Well, nag aply me here last week and they cater local and int'l inbound and outbound accounts. two months ang training with 216.00 daily allowance. you have to submit lists of requirements pa and after two months of modular training,,,,,8k/mo for local and 11k/mo for int'l....super pasaway call center.

My gf applied there a week ago and she was able to pass the exams. Then, she was instructed to come back for the initial interview. Baliktad kase ang process of hiring nila. Una ang exams tapos initial interview then if you pass, you'll be scheduled for the final interview.

Unfortunately, she wasn't able to pass the initial interview together with the La Sallite guy. Ang mga tinanggap daw nila is yung mga sala sala mag English. (Not for braggin', aight?) Para kaseng napaka insufficient ng HR nila as well as the company itself.

If you're in training, you get an allowance of PHP200 a day tapos 2 months ang training. Tapos yung basic salary nila is PHP8k a month. They also have a bond of 1 year. Sabi ng mga employees from the company na hahabulin ka daw ng Qinteraction pag hindi mo tinapos ang bond and they can also sue you.

Sabi ko nga sa gf ko, Qinteraction is not a competitive company at all and she doesn't deserve such management. Overqualified sha for the company kaya hindi sha natanggap.

No big deal kung hindi sha na hire eh. Ang impt yung benefits and compensation that they'll gonna give the agents. No wonder, daming nagreresign sa kanila.

sabi ni direct_2d_point 8k for local and 11k for international account eh since 2006 na ngayon baka nag increase na 8.5K and 11.5K, respectively ;)

comment ko lang about dun sa complaint nila about sa qinteraction..panu mo naman nsabi na she should've pass the initial interview??? alam mo ba mga sinagot nya? remember, di lang skills hinahanap sa applicant pati right attitude..'bout dun sa volume ng nagreresign...I might say, coz i used to work there it is not that much compared to other call centers..average tenure ng employees is 1 year and a half..wc is a good sign due to the rampant number of Flytees na CSR/agents..... meron din sila good side.. infact, nagreregular sila ng tao and never sila nag delay ng sweldo..

Bottom line, HINDI SILA PASAWAY NA CALL CENTER. I think thats being too judgemental...tskkk...

Ah hello??? di po pasaway na call center Ang mga tao at agents ang pasaway dito. If your looking for a petiks job tipong masabi lang na nsa trend ka work ka dito.. Im currently working At Q and i should say na MEDYO okay dito. 15K for int'l CSr and siguro mga 8-11k sa local depende sa account. Hindi plastik mga tao dito pinagkakaisahan ng mga agents ang mga lecheng tao dito From management to reg Peeps basta pag badtrip ka kasama at masama ugali mo patay ka dito. Onething na makakapagpa-stay sayo dito is yung mga tao. Sa sweldo well I think competitive na naman siya as compare sa magiging work mo dito hehehehee mabuhay ang mga PeTIks People!

Hi. I recently applied at Qinteraction (recently acquired by Rainmaker). I already passed the written exam and the initial interview (at least I think so). Anyway, they asked me to come back on Monday for the phone interview. And they said that if I passed that, I would be asked to stay overnight for an intensive class.

Anybody knows the basic pay, benefits, etc?
