It's easy to be a CSR there :D

You only have to say "I'm sorry about that, Unfortunately, our tech support team is not in right now, can you try back after 24 hours?"

well, i have dealt with some competent Sun CSR's naman. honest sila, they'd tell you there's a problem in the area kung meron talaga. unlike sa ibang network where you'd always hear the generic "there's an ongoing system maintenance" spiel.

hay naku, i've been a subscriber for almost two years now, sun cellular's customer service sucks pa rin. all these time di na sila nagimprove at *** mga agents ewan ko kung san mga napapagpulot.

we cant blame the agents for what's happening, taga sagot lang yun ng phone, maybe we should blame managemetn for this. yun lang
