I'm a dayshifter thinking of moving into the call centre industry. My job, which
happens to be my first actually, does not pay that well. Tell me about the
nature of a call center job and of course, tell bout promotions, the salary,
salary increases. Tell me the what, how and when. I graduated 2004 with a
tech. degree from one of the top schools and I'm a bit inclined to do tech.
