Ambergris has a tech support account (specializing in virus troublehsooting) for UK callers. Shifts are 4 pm-1 am and 5 pm-2 am Manila Time, days off fixed at Sat Sun.

UK callers are less demanding and more gracious than American callers in general. Brits love using "sweetie, honey, love." Their accent is harder to understand but strangely enough, easier to adapt. After just a month of talking to these people, I already had their accent without even trying.

However, Irish callers are soooooo freakin' difficult to understand, although they sound charming because of their singsong accent.
