Predictive dialer

To all the IT guys in this thread, I direly need your help...Our company is currently looking a predictive dialer we could deploy. In your company, what brand do you use? Avaya? Stratasoft, Concierto, EIS or in house developed? How's the efficiency of the product? How about the technical support for the product?
