that's what i heard too, but i didnt hear anything about the location.

if Dell is putting up their own center then that's the time i want to join them, i've been wanting to join an OEM but all the other call centers that handles their accounts are notorious for having miserable employees, hence i avoided like a plague.

why in Alabang? so bloody far, cant they start somewhere in the financial centers, perhaps Makati or Ortigas, or even Libis, since Epixtar has already started there.

btw, is this only for Dell CS or TS?
