I applied to Digitace Inc. (Contact Center Institute) for a Contact Center career but surprisingly I just discovered that Digitace is just a recruitment arm of Convergys and not really a Contact Center and that basically it is more of a Contact Center Workshop rather than a recuitment center for Convergys. I was surprised when I applied at Digitace I was immediately given the exam and the interview on the same day I passed my resume, but unfortunately I blew up my interview cause I had problems with thought organization and had a "big" mental block (and became utterly speechless) so my interviewer suggested that I definitely needed a training (which I also personally believe in), after the interview there was an orientation regarding Contact Center Institute and what they can help, the orientation presented was all about the programs Digitace offers (ofcourse with a price) they stated that after the training they will endorse they trainees to Convergys (but without any guarantee that Convergys will accept the trainees because the trainees still need to undergo the usual hiring process) and that the only part of Digitace is to help the applicants in there job seeking by giving them proper training and assisting them in looking for a contact center company.
I would like to ask if Digitace (Contact Center Institute) really forwards promising applicants to Convergys whenever they found out during the interview if the applicant is really qualified? Because my friend told me that whenever you were interviewed and that you passed the initial interview you are automatically "endorsed" to Convergys and would not suggest you to take up there training programs?
Is Digitace just using a strategy (and taking advantage of there partnership with Convergys?) to get prospected applicants for there training programs?
I signed up there promisory note regarding the payment for the training program they offer, but they told me that I can call them up if I decided to cancel it before the training program begins. Right now Im thinking if Digitace's training programs worth it compared to other workshop and if it is the best decision.. Anyone here knows any information about Digitace? should I continue? What is Digitace's credibility?
