enough of trash talking each others schools now let's see if we admire or like something about other schools that ours doesn't have.

What I love about UP is that my sister graduated from there.

I love the trees and the fresh air.
*sniff*

What I love about Ateneo is that it is so quiet inside. Big and GREEN. Hehehe...

What I love about my own school is that it's very tidy and well-kept. And it's not so noisy inside. It's actually pretty quiet.

What I love about UST is the scenery.

There. Happy??

UST - Uhm, the history? Well, I have good friends from there.

La Salle - Airconditioned classrooms. In Ateneo, only one building had airconed classrooms. (I dunno now, there are new buildings already.) Ang init talaga ng mga classrooms sa Ateneo, there was once I thought I was gonna faint. We were having an Eco exam and the fans were busted. Imagine, two hours of hell!

UP - You get to meet different kinds of people. And there are so many choices - classes, electives, orgs, etc!

Peps: Not wow. But well, that's me. :)

I forgot UA&P - They have REALLY nice classrooms.

---*ehem!***

Nice dream. But I took it for 6 years in Woodrose, and well, ehehehehe, it's not wow for me. Mas wow pa yung 2 years of Latin. But looking back, it's nice that I took it up.

Point ko lang was hindi siya wow. And, that's me. :)

I like the more intimate environment non-UP schools offered. It's possible to recognize everyone in campus.

UST - I like the sense of history you feel when you step inside their campus.

ATENEO - Their philo and religion courses. I miss talking about the different facets of religion in UP...

LA SALLE - They're very up-to-date with the happenings in the world with the help of the technology available in their school.

I LIKE THE BIG CAMPUS OF UP ENTRANCE PALANG WALA NANG TATALO. TAPOS MAY JEEP PANG UP-IKOT. PERO DREAM SCHOOL KO TALAGA ANG UP IBA KA TALAGA PAG UPISTA KA. ATENEO, I LIKE THEIR BIG GYM. SA LASALLE, THEIR LOCATION IN VITO CRUZ, VERY ACCESSIBLE.

up- townlike campus, various courses to choose from, well-rounded students.

ateneo - clean and serene campus, the aes swimming pool (i used to swim there every saturday and sunday), the manila observatory.

silliman - oh the beach.

la salle - some of my friends study there?

and yes, i am from the royal and pontifical university of santo tomas.

the thing about LA SALLE is that when they have student council elections, almost everyone is involved... it's like a big thing in their school... unlike in my school, Benilde, only half of the students vote and you even have to beg them to vote which is why we have some really sucky student "leaders" for next year...

the thing I like about UP... I love the isaw there and I love how you can buy street foods ... :)

I like...

La Salle- nice school and malaki
Ateneo- gym and the FOOD

St. Scho- cool and ok ang education

Wow, finally, no one's bashing each other's school.

UST--Its medical courses are at par with that of UP.
La Salle--They're very good in engineering and computer courses. Business and management are also their forte. Besides, almost all my friends are there.
Ateneo--Legal Management. Some people are mayabang, but at least may brains.
UA&P--Look at the facilities. They probably have the most well-maintained campus in the Philippines. Yung CR, parang sa hotel. They even have an elevator, for chrissakes.

I like UP 'coz of the variety one gets to experience... variety in students, courses, faculty, ideology, culture... this school knows what a university should be.

DLSU got some cool students, man! Definitely party people. :)

UST is alright coz of their med and archi courses.

UA&P coz of their facilities. Nice chapel!

I like this topic! Hope it makes people realize how silly it is to bash schools. :)

...muli akong magbabalik (period)

ATENEO - the campus, academic excellence, nagkalat ang mga chicks! :D

UST - the campus din. down-to-earth students, chicks sa Nursing at Architecture. :)

ang linis ng DLSU. i love the buildings. astig. premiere school for business courses. AT ang gaganda ng mga chicks.

UST is the premiere medical school (along with UP). the architecture of the buildings is just awesome. the campus is way green and clean too.

UA&P, wala ako masabi. sarap mag-relax dito.

UP- Their campus is soooo huge. I like it so much! Daming trees!! I also like their research facilities. Good faulty they have there!

ADMU- Their campus is the best! Sobrang clean, and big also. Thier acacia trees are amazing (ang babaw ko, sobra). They have good students too, mga cute pa! Thier faulty is high-calibre as well.

UST- oh, i love thier campus!! The Arc of the Centuries is amazing!! The main building..... charming!! hehe!! Ang cozy ng campus. Nice programs they have there rin!

Letran- ang cozy din ng campus. The campus is soo neat!

San Beda- I like their abbey. The architecture is great!

this is a fun thread! :)

my turn...

UP, seems like it's really challenging to study there, and i like their radical apporach to social issues

DLSU, i know this is unfair... :) not so big, not so small... everyone knows everybody... very clean... masaya parati...

ADMU, pride, intellectual competitions inside the campus... challenging din, and i have friends there...

UST... classical and their sports program is very active...

I like DLSU's bold moves to concentrate on the Sciences and technology...

I'm happy that ADMU and UST are always there for other aspiring students in case slots in UP have already closed...

i like UA&P for providing the elite a good alternative to the studies of business and the social sciences...

FEU, Mapua and San Beda have improved too.

UP - wide course offerings. Obviously its the complete school.

La Salle - I love their commerce related courses.

UST - Architecture, Medicine, Literature/Journalism and Philosophy these are the domains UST is known for. Well, being old, I'm sure its impossible for UST not to lord these programs.

Ateneo - The humanities program, philosophy, english, and law are all winners.

nice thread...
my turn...

U.P.- has a wide variety of courses to choose from, has a big campus, has a lot of liberated but open-minded people, gives you an edge in education

Ateneo- offers an excellent liberal arts education, has very serene and clean campus, full of confident-oftently-mistaken-as arrogant -people, has very well-rounded students.

DLSU- has excellent school facilities, has a very clean campus, its filled with a lot of down-to-earth people (e.g. my friends!)

UST- i love its historical feel in it...offers good medical courses

A.C.- its a relatively small school but its filled with beautiful people (e.g.--again, my friends!)

DLSU-former lasallian ako and my sister graduated dun.ganda ng main bldg nila.yung sports complex nila(9 floors).and their very own Green Archers!onga pala, wala ring uniform.

ok yun na yun,di na ko magcomment sa UST since school ko to:)

hehe...hindi lang sa UP merong pumapasok na nakapantulog lang...hehehe...meron akong classmate nung 3rd term dito sa La Salle, chinese, mayaman--pumapasok kung minsan, nakapambahay lang tapos mukhang bagong-gising pa na hirapan pang imulat ang mata......hehe...and walang pakialamanan...kanya-kanyang trip lang...that's another thing that i like in La Salle...to each his own ika nga...
