A man named Matthieu Gaillard is actually the production manager of yellowasp and everything has been blamed to their developers. Poor developers, like Christian Fronda and Leo Gabriel has been terminated because of him. Yellowasp is a French company and all Boss are French. The mess has started when Brian Tan Seng left the company, he is the only Filipino who is fighting for the developers. If you will apply in Yellowasp, be sure you are going to apply as a Java Programmer, Phil Smithson is handling Java and the best PM that YW had(Pinoy friendly). All french are blaming Pinoy to save their asses, all of the French guy there were racist, if you were girl, don't even think apply to them, you will not be appreciated(because you're just a girl).

That's it. I hope it helps. :bashful:

Yung mga french boss ** wala talaga alam, student sila ng mga pinoy, pag nag utos sila kasama yung tanong na "what do we need to do?"

damien kelly yung name. i stored it in my cell phone talaga kasi para alam ko na hindi ko dapat sagutin yung tawag niya. ewan ko lang kung nandiyan pa siya. that was middle of last year :D

naturnoff lang ako kasi condescending si kelly. ilang beses pina-rewrite sa akin yung sample article. tsaka the photos in the website (yung offices kuno nila) was nothing like the one i saw in antel. heller! isang malaking lamesa lang and dun lahat nagwwork.

resession kasi kaya di pa umaalis yung iba, mahirap daw kasi humanap ng work.

French = kuripot? Most Europeans are from what i heard from other people. That's why they're rich.

poor developers? you mean they were not good thats why they got terminated by Matthieu? so are you saying that the problem here is with the production manager on how he handles the team?

If you will apply in Yellowasp, be sure you are going to apply as a Java Programmer

so you're saying na Java Programmer lang ang safe na position sa Yellowasp?

I think its wrong to generalize all French people are "balasubas"...its just like saying all Filipinos are lazy. I used to have a french company as my client for more than 1 year and yes there are times the french boss gets into my nerves but think about this if you own a company of say 20-30 people you should be really worried about a lot of things.

I think its just boils down to how to deal with people of different culture and way of thinking.

As to them being "kuripot", eventhough I was just a contractual/consultant in that company, I was given a bonus package almost same as their regular employees, it was not in the contract that I should be given but still I was treated like a regular employee.

Let me just make this clear my client is not Yellowasp and I'm in no way defending any people in Yellowasp or Yellowasp itself.

Jay-ar Bauson left Yellowasp? WTF?!! He's one of the senior and used to work with LAN, setting up Linux Servers, and the guy who say "Yes" in the interview of all developers in YW. Now, who will be next?
Will it be Alvin Mostoles? I'm getting excited now. :)

someone i know is joining yellowasp. he asked those french owners regarding the negative posts about yellowasp.

the explanation is that when yellowasp was starting, yung mga nahire nilang programmers weren't fit for the business so they let them go. it was a hiring mistake of a start-up company since hindi pa set ang mga process. i think those who were let go are those who spread the word that yellowasp's a bad company.

I think the information here is outdated. I used to work for Netbooster Asia / Yellowasp and I think some of the things stated here is unfair.

First, during my whole stay in the company, I was always paid on time. I get paid exactly on the 15th and 30th. On the dot talaga. Wala akong experience with salary delays.

I have to admit though that the workload is tremendous. The company is currently expanding (I have friends who still work there) and OT kung OT. If you're not scared of hard work, I don't think this should be a problem. Of course, choice mo pa din yan so if you want something easier, hanap ka sa iba.

It isn't the best and most ideal company in the world--that's for sure but it really isn't bad.

I also believe the negative posts here about Yellowasp come from those who have been terminated because of incompetence. It's also not true na kapag babae ka, good luck na lang sa'yo. Mas mabait nga sila 'pag babae (most of the French in Yellowasp are males), mas magalang sila in dealing with you. Ang weird din na sinabihang racist sila. Mas racist pa nga tayong mga Pinoy for posting that comment here and generalizing that all French are racists. I have French friends and ang layo nila sa description na yun.
