uh... kuripot magpa-sweldo :) actually, a friend of mine is a MT in jg summit... delikado lang since if you want to resign, you can't work for any competitor of the company (imagine, bawal ka sa globe or smart kasi may sun sila, bawal sa ibang food company kasi may UR sila, bawal Pal or other airline company kasi may cebu pacific sila... and so on... ) so un... :p gudluck!

my cousin work in cebu pac. before, ok naman daw di naman kuripot makunat lang, *** lang daw, imbes na 8 hrs a day ang work e 9.5 hrs ang regular so plus 1 hr breaktime, total 10.5 hrs a day, 5 days a week. meron pang pakunswelong 1 sack of rice every year i heard 2 sacks na ata ngayon, 50% anniv bonus, libre chippy everyday o san ka pa, kaya nga sya umalis eh, hehehehe more than 5 yrs sya dun di man lang daw sya naka ipon.. ngayon 2 yrs na sya sa abroad milyonarya na. o san ka pa!

Ok mag-work sa Robinsons.. kung sa head office ka (Libis) May opening ata sila ngayon.. Asst. Buyer/Purchaser for the RDS.. 11k starting.. if you have a working experience, pdeng tumaas un.. mabilis din ang promotion.. hassle lang dun, u have to wear a uniform (parang pang-sales lady) at mag-store visit 3-4 times a week.. pag sale, minsan u have to go there din.. hehe!

btw, katatapos lang ng final interview ko.. and ironically, pero competitiors nila yung mga ibang inaaplyan ko..

They're going to ask u naman if u have a pending application from other companies.. and u better tell na meron nga.. it can be advantageous rin in terms of negotiating with your salary =) coz if they want you, they'll put a higher pay over your head.. so just you wouldn't choose their competitor =p goodluck!
