thanks for ur inputs, for all the would-be-readers, companies that gives stocks options are companies that could make u rich within a year or so, but giving this benefit is performance-based of course , they make u co-owners of the company. Usually, turn-over rate is low in these companies coz the employees are happy and contented , morale is very high too.
These are the companies n aaplyan dapat natin coz they are " employee- oriented"
Keep them pouring, aling companies p b ang nagbibigay ng stock options? Our company also has this , go figure what whehehe???
I just want to know pr alam ko kung san ako lipat, whehehe, syempre *** mas mataas dpt.

So, here's the updated list
1. My company
2. Intel
3. Shell
4. San Miguel
5. SPI ( profit sharing )
anymore?
for those who are looking for jobs or malilipatan , these are the companies that you should look for, coz you can be rich and at the same time advance your career. What others can earn in 10-20 years ( 6 figures) , you can earn it in 1-5 years.Am not kidding.

Just curious, these companies that offer stock options and the like, I think they only offer these "perks" to employees that qualify and pass certain criteria, right?
I mean, like employees should have worked for the company a certain number of years, should have reached a certain "middle" position, etc. I doubt they'd give the option to you the moment you become a regular employee.... :P
