babyfat

Just recently, I realized that I no longer have the metabolism of a 16 year old. I've always been matakaw, but the difference is, all those oily rich entrees and gooey desserts I scarf down on a daily basis are beginning to show, and at 22 years, I can no longer call it babyfat. So do you have any healthy recipes yoiu'd like to share? Something even a 60-year-old can enjoy?
I have one that's meat free and practically fat-free (rich in lycopene, too!)-- here it is:

SPAGHETTI POMODORO
1. Chop one whole onion, and as many cloves of garlic as you prefer, and saute in hot oilve oil.
2. Quarter at least 2 dozen ripe tomatoes, and add to the onion and garlic.
3. Add 1 extra large can of Roasted Onion & Garlic Spaghetti Sauce and 1 small can Sweet-Style Spaghetti Sauce.
4. Adjust flavor with basil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
5. Reduce heat to low, and leave to simmer for at four to five hours. (This process of long-cooking really makes the sauce more delicious)
6. Serve over cooked spaghetti or angel hair pasta, and top with grated parmesan cheese.
