ya...come to think of it, WHAT causes the puson to get bigger?
dati when i get my periods, it gets understandably bigger.
pero usually after my periods, okay na, back to normal na ulit. ngayon halos di na bumabalik sa normal...bakit ganon?

Because females tend to accumulate fat on the hypogastric (puson) and thigh areas. Guys accumulate fat in a higher area, the so-called "love handles".

Bun, the quickest way to flatten a puson is to use a pison...dyok onli!
Ira, how soon after delivery does the abs return to normal w/ or w/o exercise?
Mylene: "Yun" ang tunay na love handles. Kaya tama ka. If you "love" him, "handle" it lovingly.
Return to pre-pregnant shape is dependent upon 2 factors: weight loss and exercise. It's recommended that you exercise immediately after giving birth, but it will take about 9 months to as long as a year to lose the excess weight even if you exercise (especially if you gained more than 20 lbs.). The body shape may be permanent if you don't. The thing is, you can't exercise too much if you're breastfeeding, because it decreases the quality of milk. So patience and willpower is really called for here. :)
One thing nice about the immediate postpartum is that the body has natural "contraceptives" that protect you from immediately getting pregnant. But let's say you got pregnant again a couple of months after, it's still possible to get in prepregnancy shape when you exercise. The 9 months to 1 year time span is just the average time that a mom would allow her body to return to its normal shape. If she doesn't exercise, while her body would eventually get slimmer, chances are, it won't get to the dalaga, prepregnancy
shape if she doesn't do some exercises.

Thank you, Ira. Does it mean that a woman can never regain her former shape if she gets pregnant again before she completes the nine months of post-partum exercises? Will she be stretching further those weak ab muscles to a point of no return?

Well, I guess there's really nothing I can do except exercise to get rid of my big puson. Kainis! Even my arms are starting to form flags! Fat! ugh.

Mahirap may puson eh...
I don't exercise but I do try not to get a puson by:
First wag ka iinom ng softdrinks... Based upon personal experience lang huh... nakaka puson talaga eh :(
And pagkatapos mo kumain magparaan ka muna ng 30 mins before you sit down... sige 15 nalang basta wag ka muna agad uupo!
So what do you do?
Ako yosi break at tatayo lang... Or hahanap ng ibang magagawa.. Hope I was able to help you out..

this is my own personal experience lang. i noticed when i cut down on eating rice (2-tablespoon-1/2 a cup a day) and no bread talagang naawala yung puson ko. also, try to use abs slide at least 1/2 an hour a day and 3 times a week and walk or jog everyday, you'll see the difference.
