The most rare illnesses encountered?

To the resident doctors of PinoyExchange, what are the most extraordinary ailments you guys have encountered in your years of practice.

Ang dami niyan a. Since most of the active PEx doctors here have spent at least some years in PGH, medyo mahaba ang listahan ng rare cases. Pick a medical field and we'll see na lang from there. :)

The most rare illness I've encountered so far was Glanders on a young adult male while I'm still a med tech intern at Makati Med. This is a systemic equine disease caused by B. mallei. He presented with subcutaneous ulcerative lesions all over his body. Despite the appearance, I was able to extract blood from his antecubital area with courage and determination.
