hello po!

ask ko lang po tips kung paano pag-evaluate ng possible responses sa simulation exam ng convergys?

effective
somewhat effective
very effective

ineffective
somewhat ineffective
very ineffective

sobrang nakakaconfuse eh :(



1. Dapat ba nde parepareho sagot mo? kung effective ang answer mo sa first statement, then *** sumunod dapat iba na aswer mo o ok lang na parehong answer mo like: effetive sa isang statement ,then effective parin po sa next statement.

Nalilito po talaga ako dito :(

2. Then tips ng iba, dont press the REPEAT call button as much as possible kasi you might lessen ur chance of getting a high score or pass the simulation exam? Totoo po ba un?

3. Any tips po how to evaluate the possible responses sa quiry ng customer?
very errective, effective,inaffective...

1. effective means yung tama..... ineffective means yung maling mali trabho ng CSR ...TSAKA it doesnt follows pag sagot mo effective dapat ifeective ang susunod... d ba may rule sila like dont trf to supervisor kaagad... etc...
2. an effective CSR ... the csr should first verify the account ( like know his name or account number or anything that will identify the cx).... the csr should not trf imediately to supervisor even the cx asked for it... at first, try to solve by yourself pag talagang d pwede or after attmpts don mo palang i trf sa supervisor....
3. as much as possible to press "repeat button" 2-3 press.. bagsak ka na.... ang tip dyan.. have listening level 1, focus and concentrate sa account number if possible isulat mo... by that avoid mo press repeat.....

dali lang iyan: good-better-best lang mga sagot diyan your best decision dapat

take 2 ako diyan, unang exam ko lagpak talaga paano puro repeat button ginawa ko tapos nagkanda lito lito pa

yung second try ko after mga 1 year nag work kasi ako sa iba, sabi ko dali lang pala, wag ka lang papa intimidate sa mga pre-recorded irrate caller tapos relax lang during the call sim keen listening skill tapos ayos na buto-buto hanggan ngayon cvg pa rin ako

i took the exam last tuesday, pasado ako. pinabalik nga ako kinabukasan for final interview. pero yung interviewer ko asked me to attend a english proficiency training/assessment with future perfect, which i did last friday. they told me to just wait for the call from convergys for further instructions about our ept sked. but until now i havent received any call from convergys. :( or dapat ba ako na lang yung tumawag sa kanila? help naman.
