The best way to lose weight: run.
Best to stay away from Bangkok pills. It's a cocktail of pills including laxatives and sedatives and is just generally not good for you.
Another thing to think about: Xenical is only supposed to be used by clinically obese individuals. that would be people with a Body Mass Index of 30 or above. I don't understand why there are so many people out there nowadays trying to find a get thin quick solution when it's been said time and again that diet and exercise really is the best way to go.....besides, "anal leakage" has got to one of the most disgusting side effects ever.....for the user, as well as the people around them. ;)

How about the devices like instant slim..etc.Like what they do they just have to attach a certain device in a certain part of the body that you want to reduce then after few weeks it will lost a lot of kg...Is that true?

There is no easy way of reducing. You have to exercise and move your body. If a machine or an equipment is advertised to help you lose weight without you contracting your muscles or doing anything at all to be more active, don't believe it. Usually these "magic" machines make you lose water, but you will gain the weight back when you drink again.

If you're going to perform the abdominal crunches, remember to keep your head at a neutral position when sitting up. Don't tug at your head hard, and don't flex or extend it suddenly. You don't want to get a high cervical injury all for the sake of sexy abs.
I have to disagree with Mr. Spanky with running. If you are overweight and you run, you will put a lot of stress on your back, which may cause lumbar spondylosis (slipped disc). We see so many cases of this in our clinic day in and day out that I really discourage any form of running, no matter how padded or high-tech your running shoes are. You can, however, walk briskly as a substitute for running. It may not burn as much calories, but you can stay on the exercise a lot longer.
The only weight reducing method I tried was eating healthier food in less quantities and a lot of exercise. I normally do not eat red meat. My normal diet (even up to now) consists of fish, vegetables, fruits, diet sodas and black coffee. We don't fry our food or have junk food at home, either. I eat meat occassionally when I go out for dinner with my friends, but at home, I stick to non-meat stuff. I do 2-3 kilometers of swimming thrice a week as maintenance, but I used to do the treadmill alternating with biking for 3 hours daily. I lost around 40 lbs. and I weigh 102 lbs. now, which is perfect for my height. I haven't gained any weight for 2 years already.
Bangkok pills is an illegal substance. Its active ingredient is a metamphetamine derivative (in short, kapatid ng shabu), which depresses your central nervous system's appetite center. However, it's not a receptor-specific drug. While it decreases your appetite, it also acts on different nerve receptors all throughout the body, stimulating your sympathetic nervous system. Imagine being chased by a big, vicious dog, and what it feels like. Would you want to feel that way the whole time you're dieting?

well... my friend told me... uminom ka lang ng pure pineapple juice..one glass a day..but not everyday naman..or u'll get acidic!!
it somehow works..kasi i lost an inch ...
control it...too much is bad diba? =)
