Hey there!

Just want to know if anyone here works in EnfraUSA. It's an outsourcing company located in Ortigas. I just submitted an application last week. I already took the test, and am waiting for their response.

I hope some of you will be able to enlighten me on the kind of work that they do, as well as for the work environment, compensation, benefits, and other important info.

I don't know about the work environment, but the company is my client for an IT-related service. All I know is that it is a PEZA-firm and it pays us on time (around US$ 2,500 monthly). So siguro financially, okey ang company.

Oo nga, bakit parang wala akong balita tungkol dito sa EnfraUSA? Ang alam ko focused sya sa e-commerce, which is something I'm truly interested in, kaya nagsubmit ako ng resume dito. Pero aside from what's in this company's site, wala na akong alam about EnfraUSA. :(

It's not a call center. It's a company that sells its own products used for e-commerce, and like any self-respecting company, it has technical support via phone. Hindi nga lang outsourced ang phone support nila.

I didn't take the exam na because I was already hired by one of the companies I have applied before.. Although the company is also like enfraUSA.. and it offers good compensation too! Specially for entry levels like me.. *okay*

I had training na sa Enfrausa last May, pero hindi ko rin tinuloy, Customer Service Rep yung position na inapplyan ko. Medyo nawalan lang kse ako ng gana. Yung training allowance kse is mababa, 200 pesos a day. 2 to 3 weeks ang training. Nagttraining na ako nun, hindi pa din talaga sinasabi yung kung magkano ang sweldo, sabi kse yung sweldo mo is depende rin sa qualifications mo, iba ang sweldo ng may experience na compared sa fresh grad. binigyan lang kme ng range na 10T to 17T. Kahit yung trainor namin tinatanong namin magkano sweldo, hindi nya sinsabi. It's confidential daw kse. With sa mga technical jobs like sa network, programmers, or web developers, that's what im not sure kung magkano ang sweldo.

Anyway, bago lang yung company dito sa Pinas, wala pang one year. Ang sched nila ng work is fixed na 11pm to 8am kse california-based yung time nila (pacific time), then saturday and sunday off.

Anubayun, di nila sinasabi kung magkano ang sweldo kahit trainees na kayo! Dapat upon job offer pa lang, sinasabi na nila. Dapat naka-stipulate yun sa contract.

Yung pagsign ng contract, after mo na matapos yung training nun. During the interview, tsaka kahit na training ka na, tlagang di sila nagdidisclose ng presyo. Depende kse din yun kung makakabenta ka, sumthin like that. :)

Software company sila na parang call center na din, one example ng product na binebenta nila is superstorepro, its an e-commerce website with online ordering and other services. Yan yung parang pinakamura nilang package. Thou meron sila nung pang high end talaga. Inooffer nila yun sa mga companies and businessman. Ang work ng CSR is sila yung magseset ng appointment and magcoconduct ng presentation sa client. How? thru online demo. May software sila na nakikita ng client mo yung ginagawa mo sa pc mo. Habang kausap mo sila sa phone, ninanavigate mo yung software sa pc. At first medyo scripted din ang mga sasabihin, pero once na sanay ka na, u could say ur own spill. :)

ay nako, for me ahhh hassle yang ENFRAUSA, i took the exam so they will call na *** daw. so after a week tinawagan ako then interview...then after that tatawagn ulit ako...im only applying as ADMIN ASSISTANT...and napapansin ko since May or April lagi ng may position na Admin na naka post and send sa jobstreet ko.

During the interview i had a chit chat with a girl also applying for this position and we shared some thoughts only to find out pati yung ibng position like the writers, at kung ano ano pa we all have same questionaire, *** abstract...tas ang konti ng terminals wala png avaya.

and also chinika at kinulit kulit namin si manong Guard about the company...nakakatawa *** mga sagot nya.

Like we asked him, madami na bng empleyado na hire ** sa lahat ng position? sagot nya, ahhh ehh madami dami narin ata.

We also asked him san ang Pantry. Pati kung may sleeping quarters....the usual facility a company shpuld have..


Alam nyo sagot nya, jan pwede kumain, minsan yung mga empleyado jan din natutulog!

During the interview I asked dun sa HR Manager daw yun, kung how long they have been operating...last January ata or May fully operational. There company was put up September last year....

Nung nabasa ko post from CHic ata na 200 for a training...grabe naman un..

Kung sa Sitel nga trainee 13k na. usually ang colcenter training p *** as if employed na ang sweldo mo....allowance for a colcenter o **** ano png ecommerce based na company....medjo duda nako sa stability na yun.

Tsaka before it was indicated na subsidi sila ng ENFRASOFT but the last time i checked wala na...ewan ko ha kung d ko *** ulet napansin pero I printed that one e.

Eniwei, i just shared it with you, If u have a job ryt now and thinking pagpapalit nyo to pursue your career sa enfra...think again

So no choice ako have to stay ** sa company ko...naisip ko sayang ang 13th month pay hehehehe

I worked there 6 months ago and I am now with a different call center. Yun lang ang company na hanggang 2 months lang ako at hindi ko talaga kinaya. Slave driver talaga yung mga Taiwanese owners na yan. I have stayed at least a year with all my other companies so dito lang talaga sa EnfraUSA ako hindi tumagal. Eto ang mga reasons:
1. Meron silang roving QA. At ag QA sa kanila hindi yung nakikinig ng calls to check quality pero they walk around to look at your screen every 15 minutes to check if you are doing your job. May sense naman pero nakakapraning dahil parang meron ka laging ginagawang masama. At isa pa, merong elevated stations in every isle wherein they can already see all the screens bakit kailangan pa nila rumonda?!? Aber, maximum security prison?!

2. Laging may salary dispute samantalang 30+ lang naman empleyado nila.

3. Ang night differential nila added agad sa salary package na sinasabi nila kaya parang ang taas.
4. Wala man lang health card.
5. Kahit isang mali mo lang, example violation of English Only Policy, memo agad!! ****** ina ang tagal ko sa ibang work ko ni minsan di pa ako namemohan. At pag nalate ka kahit isang minuto lang memo din agad. Kahit first offense pa un. At ang pinaka masaklap magrereflect yon sa performance mo kaya bawas ang salary mo agad. Wala kang performance bonus.

6. Madaya sila sa holiday pay. Hindi shift date ang sinusundan nila pero Philippine date. What I mean is kapag halimbawa legal holiday dito ng Monday tapos ang shift mo is from Monday 10PM to 7 AM Tuesday, and babayaran lang nila na doble eh 2 hours lang!!!
7. Naputulan sila ng kuryente for one day. Aber!!! Hindi nagbabayad!!
8. Naputulan din sila ng telepono. Isang linngo ata yun na walang outside calls ang pwede sa phone ng receptionist!! Di ko carry yon!!!

Pasensya na kung parang sobrang laki ng galit ko sa EnfraUSA dahil hindi lang malaki, malaking malaki!!! I am now with a different company and I tried applying for an SSS loan at alam niyo ba ang nalaman ko!!!! Hindi pala nila nireremit yong binawas nila sa akin every month. Ayun tuloy may gaps ang remittance ko sa SSS at nadeny ako. Kailangan ko pa naman ng pera. To think na kinakaltasan nila ako every month pagkatapos hindi pala nila sinusubmit!!! ****-ina sila. Eto pang matindi, pati pala PhilHealth at Pag-ibig mas lalo sila hindi nagreremit!!! Ninanakawan nila empleyado nila.

Nag apply friend ko rito, sabi sa knya tatawagan daw sya for another interview with the client. Sabi ko nga sa friend ko wag na umasa kasi hanggang ngayon di pa rin sya tinatawagan.

I was an employee of enfra for 3 months at ang masasabi ko lang eh wag kang magpasilaw sa 27k package na naka-advertise na yan. Ang ibig nila sabihin sa package eh pati night differential, allowances, at performance bonus eh nandun na, kaya sa huli eh nasa mga 21k lang sasahurin mo. The gamble is not worth it dahil maraming bagay sa company na yun ang hindi ko nakayang itolerate kaya umalis ako after 3 months lang. Kung gusto mo pa rin mag-apply you can try malalaman mo naman sa interview pa lang at makikita mo naman na halos wala man silang empleyado and they have been around for over four years at hanggang ngayon eh ganyan pa rin sila.:grrr:

haha...natry ko rin dito for their networking tsr (SMB support daw) ... yun client ininterview ako..i was waiting for a very technical question in networking .. napansin ko nangangapa rin yun client "former dell tech" as his introduction although not related to networking but i was expecting he prepared one for me pero basic tsr yung question sakin. haha natawa nalang ako pagbaba ko elevator. ^_^ :lol:

setup ng enfra kasi is they get small clients sa US and they charge them mga $2800 per month per seat. 1-2 agents per account. pero napupunta sa agents are only $500 tops. lalo na *** voip account. buncha bs. sobra. todohan *** calls tapos sweldo mo tops is 18k. and they're bragging na 'A' account daw yun (larges taccount). BS talaga. *** ibang account nag pull out na rin.

and there's a small lady there starts with the letter L. hehe. feeling may ari ng comapany. ang hilig mag impose ng EOP (english only policy/please) eh bituka naman *** english nya. sobrang jologs.

i suggest you try others. this company sucks. backpay at least 3 months. kahit cleared ka na. last na mag decide KUNG ibibigay *** back pay mo is named jim chiu. IT head. owner is Ray chiu. nasa US.

and take note. they have over 5 court cases from their previous employees. dont find out the hard way. go elsewhere. this company totally sucks. bigtime.
