Isang interview lang, tapos yung client mismo mag-i-interview sayo. Submit your resume online and wait for a call. Two days after I submitted my resume, I got a call. You can also walk in and drop your resume, but you will be scheduled for interview the next day.

The people there are really nice and warm.

Shifts can start between 6 am to 9 am, so there are three shifts: 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm.

Salary is 13000 with 2000 allowance. Standard benefits after regularization (6 months probation).

I'm hired na, though I'm thinking about it pa. Wala silang openings sa tech support kaya napunta ako sa customer service. Pero ganda ng schedule eh, hindi nakakawindang. Training starts on Sept 1 for me, so I still have time to think things over and decide.

We're not even allowed to discuss it among ourselves. We were told that if they overhear us talking about compensation among ourselves, it can be ground for termination.

Sinabi samin may dental, medical, and paid leaves, but when we asked what kind of medical plan and how many paid leaves we can get, they said na upon regularization na lang pag-uusapan yun kasi six months away pa naman. Then we asked kung may performance incentives ba and increase sa pay depending on tenure/quality of work, and sabi nila tsaka na lang daw pag-uusapan yun, pag regular na kami. Di ba dapat sinasabi nila sa agents kung ano makukuha namin di ba, kahit six months away pa yun? Para naman we know what's waiting for us. But what was really disturbing was we were not allowed to talk about it among ourselves. Syempre di maiiwasan yun kasi ayaw sagutin ng management yung mga tanong. Sino po yung nagsabi sa inyo? Can you please give me the name. Kse pagdating sa ibng bagay reg employment pwede naman pag usapan , wag lang and sweldo. Yung management naman pwede mong kausapin. Open door policy naman ang company. To be more specific and di lang talaga pwede is yung i disclose mo ang sweldo mo sa ibang agents kse di naman kayu pare parehas talaga ng compensation. Depende yun kung magkano ang hiningi mo during the interview. Obviously , hindi magiging maganda ang effect kapag nalaman ng ka office mate mo na mas mataas ang sweldo mo sa kanya diba? Bka magkaroon pa ng psychological effect at di pa masyadong gumanda performance ng employee. miski sino kapag di kayu parehas ng sweldo pero parehas kayu ng ginagawa medyu affected naman yung co worker mo and vice versa. It will all be fixed at your regularization date depending on your performance. Tsaka point clarification lang . Di *** accounts based kasi in house support and nature ng helpdesk.

actually, i've got my cousin working there. she's from batch 1. Big brother in ocsi does really exist. She told me once, one of her teammates was reprimanded by the upper managemnt from australia. she put herself on "CR" -- the usual, washroom- - but she stayed on her station. She was caught by someone from australia and called managmnt here in manila. SO i guess, big brother really exists in ocsi.

about the salary, i guess they didnt get affected. pinag-uusapan nila un *** sa station and even in the pantry.. i mean who cares nga nmn.. bka nmn epal *** *** ngsabe ***.. kc may epal daw dun,e..

or/but we cant blame some of you guys. Aussies are so casual.. i think u'r just used with the US management who follows traditional things.. but who would ever know.. each of us wants the exact and good management we had experienced before.

Orchid Cybertech daw may openning para sa CS at TS. Schedule starts 5am tas latest nila sa office is at 10pm. Kaso your rest days may fall on weekdays pero ok na din.
Hiring process daw is 2 interviews lang. Screening, kun ok ang technical skills mo an communcation skills and then interview na agad with the Manager or Owner na taga AUstralia.
Pag nde sila tumawag nga lang within the week expect na nde ka na nakapasa kasi sobra dami nag apply sa kanila.

From what I heard, "A LOT" of employees from this company is complaining about their salary.. Computations are wrong, some of their holidays were not paid, and TAKE NOTE: they're paid on daily basis. so it's NO WORK, NO PAY.. when they should actually be paid monthly. tsk..tsk..tsk.. Anyone care to complain? This is so wrong. :grrr:

Minsan kailangan natin mag-isip, di naman sa pinagtatagol ko ang management ng OCSI, tao din kse ***. Lahat ng mali ay pwedeng itama.

anyway, what it means is that the "working hour window" is close to the usual work window here in manila ( which is 8am - 5pm ) .

On the other hand, if you are referring to the number of hours that an employee should render within a day, of course the usual 9 hours ( including 1 hour lunch and paid breaks ) will apply.

for walk in applicants mas mabuti kung pumunta kayo starting at around 9am. yung iba nai-interview na sila pag maaga. mabilis po ang processing nila dito and so far, madami paring mga batch 1 na nandito parin hanggang ngayon. mabilis po ang pag lipat sa ibang department/positions but usually internal hiring. at least this way, there's more opportunities for those who are really familiar with the company's operations and processes.
