SIX SIGMA is a process improvement tool that aims to increase customer satisfaction by reducing the number of defects ( usually measured in dppm, defects parts per million ) on a particular process whether in a service oriented or production-oriented firm.Pwede sa call center, manufacturing, food, ang application nito and it transcends all other industries. BASICALLY, statistics related ang topic na ito but very well accepted sa business environment as an emerging topic like TQM, SPC,Business Process Reengineering, ETC.
Most MNC's employ this tool in increasing their profits.....
There are certifications available in SIX SIGMA, may categories pa ito, which are BLACKBELT, GREENBELT, etc...iF you want to know more about it, just go to www.nevilleclarke.com to browse for online trainings. May local office sa Pilipinas ang Neville Clark, that offers company training and certification for categories of SIX SIGMA. you can check it out on their website.....

Bro thanks a lot for the info! :) Ive been wondering kasi there are a lot of call centers now who ask if you'd had training for six sigma particularly in the quality department. :)
