Anyone knows what companies in the Philippines employ such programmers?

I've been looking in jobstreet but there's hardly any....

You may want to check out Advanced Science and Technology Institute (ASTI) also, it is under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), located at C.P. Garcia near Katipunan Ave., sa UP Diliman. Mostly R&D-oriented yung ginagawa nila, pero I know they are into embedded systems programming, tsaka firmware development.
