i have one when i was still working in a call center .. the customer was on his 60's and a veteran of the WW2 .. just to avoid dead air .. i have to build rapport wdthe customer .. then the man on the other line asked me to sing a song for him .. the funny thing is .. i was being monitored that time and all the QA's wer laughing like hell when they approached me ..
