i need everyone's two cents please. i have a job offer in unionbank. unfortunately, my heart really belongs to marketing or brand management.

my dilemma: should i wait for the perfect job or should i take this offer now tapos mag resign nalang ako when the "perfect" job comes along?

when you love what you're doing..you will not think of it as work. gusto mo n ba mag-work? kung gusto mo na eh di try it..wala namn mawawala sa yo, kikita ka pa db? i-discern mo maigi kung ano gusto mo and ask God for guidance. good luck!

Lamo mo, we almost have the same dilemna few months ago.. I really wanted a "career" in the marketing field.. although konti lang tlaga *** opportunities to land that kind of job.. coz usually, they want someone with experience (especially for brand mgt. positions, etc.).. And so, i waited for three months, super mapili talaga.. tapos when I wasn't that determined to look for a job na, tsaka naman my dumating na good opportunity.. all that i'm looking for in a job... (Worthwhile working experience, good salary, accesible office from my place etc.)

So just wait.. unless you really need to have a job! Goodluck to you!

the marketing guru of the philippines knows that the business have never been as dynamic as it is today. kalaban **** ang oras *** ang mga compnies as much as possible will look for an employee na tailor-made na sa requirements nila to make sure that everythng will still work as if its not have been vacated. they are not that willing to train you to be what you want now. dba sometimes nga they just look out sa ibang department (internally) before they announce sa mga outsider that they need such employee.

my advise is weigh it first baka naman the offer of bank can somehow lead to marketing position you'd like to fall to. di masyado madami ang opportunities baka naman this is something na pwedeng pang-fill in muna to what you are longing to land na job. if rich ka naman at di mo kailangan magtrabaho muna dahil madami kang pera then i advise you wait for the marketing job BUT if you want to earn na then i advise you to take the offer for the meantime. you can always resign naman e
