Business Beanstalk evolved into a fully operational global outsourcing call center in 2004. Telemarketing / Appointment setting professionals are needed IMMEDIATELY. Our accounts are mostly outbound phone appointments. There is no hard selling, no scam accounts. We have a focused, positive, results-oriented team environment offering a variety of products and services to businesses and consumers. Majority of our agents joined our company not because of pay but the casual working environment and the challenge offered by the diversity of campaigns. They have come from the biggest and most popular centers in the industry. We welcome experienced agents who are tired of the politics, BS and boredom from large canned accounts and uncaring call centers.
Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling, interfacing directly with our US Clients
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Must possess EXCELLENT English oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center during US Business and Consumer hours
• Preference will be given to applicants with Outbound Calling experience
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply, but only if you have EXCELLENT ENGLISH skills and great attention to detail
• No Barok agents, we are an extension of American Companies.
• Full-Time and part-time positions available:
o Full Time 8 Hour Shifts:
o 9PM-6AM; 12MN to 9AM; or 3AM to 12NN
o Part Time 4-6 Hour Shifts:
o 5/6AM to 9AM, 5/6AM to 12NN
• Must have whatever it takes attitude. Confident and Persuasive personality
• Starting pay ranges from Php12,500-Php 18,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
