Anyone here knows the average fee your call center charges customers for outgoing services and/or incoming services to/from the US market. Your inputs will be appreciated.

There would be a lot of things to be considered. There's no such thing as an average fee because some inbound clients pay per hour, per seat, per rep, or fixed sum as long as the center meets minimum requirements. Sa outbound meron din total production hours, pwedeng per sale din...or per seat. Pretty difficult to come up with an average figure.
However, most call centers measure profitability and productivity by determining a certain client/account's revenue per hour. There are also a number of ways to get this figure. But basically it's just total revenue divided total hours. Most of the time, the figure would include shrinkage.
But I'm no expert. I just went thru basic training.

I paid a visit to call center in uptown Los Angeles last year and the owner disclosed that two telephone companies pay them US$10 per hour per agent. Their agents there are mostly Mexicans and a few Asians, all undergraduates, are paid at minimum wage at US$7 per hour. They do have over 1000 agents in Makati though and most of them are college graduates.

Ok this is what we have so far:
- $30-40, I would presume per hour from ONIN
- $10 per hour from KRAKISTA, services based in LA, paying its agents minimum wage of $7 per hour
- no average, paid by hour, seat, per rep, sales, etc from RYAM
- $12-$15, per hour, may be higher depending on the difficulty of the "campaign", from an off-line source, call center services based in the Philippines
thanks PEXERS.
any other informed sources out there? I will compile any other data that we gather form this thread, and of course share it as well.

well, in our account (IP Relay), telecom companies get paid by the FCC's special fund) a rate of $1.35 per minute of completed relay. I don't know how much of this is passed on to the outsourcing company that provides the actual service though.

From another off-line source
"$25-$40 per hour should be good range, pricing services at $12-15 is a bit on the low-side. same services are billed in the US of A starting at $50 per hour"
