Part Time Customer Care Representative (Makati)
This CCR will be a Market Research Interviewer who conducts surveys with consumers about various topics/products/services.
• An employee must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime.
• Typical work schedule covers four (4) days per week, at four (4) hours of work per day.
• Applicants must be available to work on a flexible schedule, but most especially on Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings.
• The training schedule for the first 2 1/2 weeks will be 6AM to 2PM.
• The usual work schedule will fall between 5am to 12noon.
REQUIREMENTS
• Applicant should have completed at least 2 years of college
• Has a strong command of the English language
• Applicant should not be currently employed by another call center
• Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (e.g. phone, email, web)
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
• Good listening and responding skills
