Medyo oxymoron 'ata ang exercise and med school. ;)

An hour 3x a week allotted for exercise is ample. I don't really know what activities or sports you're interested in, but I am certain that you can find at least 3 hours a week for exercise--medicine may be toxic, but it's not that toxic. Just make sure you like the activity you're going to indulge in, that way it's easier to stick with it. Play basketball, play tennis, go swimming (my favorite), go to the gym, bike to class, or even just take a half hour walk everyday before you start staring at Tinsley Harrison's writings is a good way to start. Any physical activity is preferable to none.
