Don't even dare go to this place (in my opinion lang). In respect to the people working there, this place sucks. They have this ad telling that you'd be getting like 25K++ per month. Pero bago mo makuha yun, duguan ka na. This call center don't give you a salary, only an allowance of P8,200 (that's their offer right not kasi before they were offering P10,200).
I won't mention their client but they sell timeshare. Its not called timeshare anymore they named it differently na para inde obvious. They don't have sss, taxes and the rest of the things you need to be paid for. No medical, pantry is so small (mas malaki pa ang CR sa PS). They have like 30 seats right now, that's what I saw anyway and their COO is right beside you while working....ha ha ha! What kind of office is that? I called in for an interview for like 3 minutes and was sent in for an orientation. Orientation was in the morning and training in the afternnon for 3 hours, again I say 3 hours.. WTF? After that you will be reporting the next day and you hit the floor!!!
So take heed and don't go there ever... But well, its your choice. *peace*

Well, in fairness, maybe it's still starting. Di naman lahat ng call centers the likes of Convergys, PS, eTelecare, etc. na ang lalaki na. If you're starting and your call center is rather small, then eto yun. But we need small players as well as big players in the industry--ganyan talaga yan in any industry. There are small players as well as big players, and they all play a part in making this industry move forward.

Milliardo is right... not all call centers are like PS or CVG... there are a number of call centers around which are small and less tech oriented. However, this doesn't mean that they are less professional or less stable. In fact, these companies (there are quite a few of them in fact) may even be more stable and more professional than some of the large ones. And, because of its size, they are able to give a more personal touch to each employee.

Well, at least you get your salary in full, hehe! Just kidding--I don't condone nor recommend people not to pay their taxes since that's unlawful.
